This blog is under construction.  It will not be another lawyer advertisement.  It will be commercial free except for my contact info and website link.  It will be dedicated to people, not cases.  I hope to assist people who need a practical, common sense understanding of death and injury laws in Kentucky and Tennessee.  Completion is planned for Spring 2009.  Please contact me if you have a topic you want discussed.
